How It Works

Ticket Raised

A customer raises a support ticket, potentially with a screenshot and text description of the issue.

Agent 1 (Understanding the Issue)

Image-to-text LLM: Converts screenshots into textual descriptions.

Text-to-text LLM: Takes all info and creates a summary of the issue.

Agent 2 (Finding the Right Answer)

Builds a search query based on the issue summary.

Uses embedding models to retrieve relevant documents from product demos, past support cases and support manuals (stored in Qdrant Vector Database)

Applies a Reranker (like Diversity Inclusion Reranker) to prioritise the best results.

Then, it formulates a response using a text-to-text LLM, tailored to your brand’s template and tone.

Response Sent

The response is then sent out via your existing Support Agent systems (e.g., Freshdesk).
